Taking Classes
To begin your training, go to the Light Warrior Curriculum page and click on the link for the lesson you want. You will
then be taken to the page for that class which gives an overview of what you will learn and lists all necessary information.
While on the curriculum page please note...
- The white links are for classes available now
- The blue links are for classes that will be available in the near future
Upon purchasing a lesson, you will be asked to enter your contact info into our delivery system, but then you will be
able to immediately download the video or presentation and all of the supporting documents.
To take the class all you need to do is...
- Watch the film and practice the techniques until you can perform them in a natural and flowing manner
- The way to practice is always explained in the material and we also give tips on the best training methods
and how often you should workout
- When you have memorized the techniques and become comfortable performing them, you move on to the
next level
- Should you have questions or need help, send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to assist
you
When the class requires a book, keep in mind that it is recommended because of its content and clarity. While there are
many texts on any subject, some are better than others and these were specially chosen because of their ability to
speed your development.
- We suggest using highlighter and making notes while reading, as you may need to refer back this
information when teaching others or studying for an advancement test.
