Most people, especially westerners, inhale by expanding their chest and filling their upper lungs with air. While this is
certainly not harmful, only the upper third of the lungs are used, leaving the lower two thirds relatively unused.
In this class, you will learn the art of circular breathing also known as abdominal breathing, a natural method of inhaling and
exhaling that uses the entire lungs when breathing, not just the upper third in the chest area.
